Bi-Weekly Menu

We create menus for dinners every two weeks. Each menu has ten meals as we have leftover nights twice a week. My friend Betsy asked if I'd post my menu for her with a shopping list. Any side dishes are included under the main dish. We try at least one new meal with each menu, so I can't vouch for them tasting good as we haven't tried them. Those are starred.

Shopping List
1 lb lamb
2 lbs skinless boneless chicken
1 lb ground beef
1 package hamburgers
1 lb salmon steaks
1 lb shrimp
1 lb sliced ham
3 can diced clams
5 lb bag red potatoes
2 lbs carrots
1 bag celery
3 onions (white or yellow)
1 bag frozen peas
2 bags frozen vegetables
Eggs
Milk
2 boxes vegetable broth
Cabbage
10 flour tortillas
1 large can green enchilada sauce
Fresh spinach (if you want to add it to the enchiladas so you have some vegetables in them)
Grated cheese - 1 bag each of mozzarella, cheddar, mexican blend, and monterey jack
2 bags salad mix
1 loaf bread
Slider buns or rolls
Hamburger buns  
Lettuce
Tomatoes (if you want them on your hamburger)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 can corn
1 can diced green chilies
1 can pink or kidney beans
1 pkg cornbread mix
Lemons
Real bacon bits
1 loaf of good bread (to eat with clam chowder)
2 pints cream
6 cups clam juice
1 lb fettuccine
Bacon
Mushrooms (2 boxes)
Sliced cheese (for sliders)
